The Beauty CEO Consulting Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Valtora Consulting LLC (DBA The Profitable Esthetician) (“Company,” “Coach,” “We,” or “Us”) and the enrolling participant (“Client,” “You”).

By enrolling in the Program, completing checkout, or accessing Program materials, Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Client is enrolling in The Beauty CEO Consulting Intensive Program (“Program”) offered by Valtora Consulting LLC.

The Program provides business consulting, strategy development, coaching, and educational resources specifically designed for beauty and skincare professionals.

Program Details:

  • Duration: 8 weeks

  • Investment: $3,497 (or as displayed at checkout)

  • Delivery Method: Live calls, recorded sessions, guest speakers, workbooks, and other educational materials

2. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Total Program Investment: $3,497 (or selected payment option at checkout)

  • Payment Schedule: Full payment or approved payment plan selected by Client at checkout

  • All payments are non-refundable once Program access is granted

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of Program access.

3. NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to immediate access to proprietary content, frameworks, and coaching materials, no refunds will be issued for any reason once payment is processed and Program access is granted. By enrolling, Client acknowledges and accepts this no refund policy.

4. RECORDING AND CONTENT USAGE CONSENT

Client understands and agrees that:

  • Coaching calls, group sessions, and Program interactions may be recorded

  • Recordings may be used for educational content, marketing materials, testimonials, social media, and course curriculum

  • Client’s name, likeness, voice, and shared materials may appear in such content

  • No additional compensation will be provided for this usage

Client may request anonymity for sensitive business discussions on a case-by-case basis by notifying Coach in writing prior to Program commencement.

5. NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES

Coach makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Income, revenue, or financial results

  • Client acquisition

  • Business growth or success outcomes

Client acknowledges that:

  • Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and implementation

  • Success requires participation, action, and accountability

  • Every business is different, and outcomes vary

  • Past participant results do not guarantee similar outcomes

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

  • Actively participate in scheduled coaching calls and coursework

  • Review recordings if unable to attend live

  • Implement strategies discussed

  • Communicate honestly about business challenges

  • Take full responsibility for business decisions and results

  • Provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests

Coach is not responsible for lack of results due to Client’s non-participation or failure to apply teachings.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE

Client agrees not to disclose:

  • Proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or strategies

  • Coaching techniques, templates, or Program materials

  • Confidential business information shared by Coach

Coach agrees to maintain confidentiality of Client information, except where:

  • Disclosure is required by law

  • Information is used anonymously for educational purposes

  • Client provides explicit consent

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All Program materials, including but not limited to frameworks (such as “The Aligned Abundance Formula,” “The Four Foundations,” proprietary pricing strategies), workbooks, templates, slide presentations, and methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Valtora Consulting LLC. 

Client may NOT: 

  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell any Program materials

  • Teach or coach others using Coach’s proprietary frameworks without written permission

  • Claim ownership of any methodologies or content created by Coach Client may:  ∙ Implement strategies in their own business

  • Reference general concepts learned (without teaching Coach’s specific frameworks) 

9. COACHING AVAILABILITY AND RESPONSE TIME 

  • Coaching availability: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

  • Coach is unavailable on Sundays and major U.S. holidays

  • Response time: Up to 48 business hours

  • Messages sent outside business hours will be addressed on the next business day

Emergency requests do not require immediate response outside scheduled sessions.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Client agrees that Valtora Consulting LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program.

Client participates at their own risk and is solely responsible for business decisions.

11. TERMINATION

  • By Coach: Access may be terminated for violations, disrespectful behavior, or failure to engage. No refund will be issued.

  • By Client: Client may discontinue participation at any time, acknowledging that no refund will be provided.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or representations.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing checkout, enrolling in the Program, or accessing Program materials, Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement, including the no-refund policy, recording consent, confidentiality obligations, and limitation of liability.
